Holders of a 2026 All-Access Pass can purchase the discounted onsite congress fee in case they wish to attend the in-person congress.
Registration fee includes
- Congress badge for onsite attendance
- Congress bag and materials onsite
- Online access for up to 12 weeks after the event
Deadlines
Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by the CIRSE Society, by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later than the indicated deadline, the respective next higher fee shall be due.

Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by:

Cancellation of congress registration / Name changes
CIRSE Society will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant. Name changes will be handled as a cancellation and new registration.

Code of Conduct for Events
By participating in a CIRSE event, delegates agree to abide by its Code of Conduct for Events and to follow directions from CIRSE staff related to its application.

Congress presentations and content will be available in the CIRSE Library 12 weeks after the event.
