Presenter guidelines

A big thank you to all presenters who will share their knowledge with the CIRSE community this September! Please find detailed information regarding the preparation of your presentation file/s below.

All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations are expected to register for and attend CIRSE 2025. Poster presenters need to complete and pay their registration by August 28, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the programme of CIRSE 2025. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

Poster presentations

Guidelines for poster presentations

Upload format: single .ppt(x) file (landscape orientation, 16:9, multiple slides), max. 15 MB
Upload deadline: Monday, August 18 (23:59 CEST)

Upload information has been sent to all poster presenters. Should you not have received an email, please contact [email protected].

Guidelines for oral presentations

Upload format: single .pptx file (videos need to be embedded)

Speaking times: Regarding the speaking time, please refer to your personal speaker invitation. Please make sure that your speaking time does not exceed the envisioned time frame.

Information regarding the upload process will be sent out closer to the date of the congress.
