Presenter guidelines
All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations are expected to register for and attend CIRSE 2026. Poster presenters need to complete and pay their registration by August 17, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the CIRSE 2026 programme. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

Upload format: single .ppt(x) file (landscape orientation, 16:9, multiple slides), max. 15 MB
Upload deadline: Sunday, August 9 (23:59 CEST)

Oral presentations

Upload format: single .pptx file (videos need to be embedded)
Regarding the speaking time, please refer to your personal speaker invitation or notification of acceptance. Please make sure that your speaking time does not exceed the envisioned time frame.
Information regarding the upload process will be sent out closer to the date of the congress.
