Registration needs to be accompanied by the confirmation form, stamped and signed by the head of department.
Holders of a 2025 All-Access Pass can purchase the discounted onsite congress fee in case they wish to attend the in-person congress.
Registration needs to be accompanied by the student confirmation form, a scan or photo of your passport and a one page CV in English.
Fee includes:
- Congress badge for onsite access
- Congress bag and materials onsite
- Online access for up to 12 weeks after the event
Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by CIRSE Society by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later than the indicated deadline, the respective next higher fee shall be due.

Method of payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by:
– Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
Cancellation of congress registration
CIRSE Society will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.
Name changes
Will be handled as a cancellation and new registration.
